Inside – a sanctuary and an education, built for creatives. Expanding and supporting cross-culturally is the whole point. You leave knowing where a sound or a visual language actually came from — and knowing the person next to you as family and part of your community.

The Crossing is a global gathering for women in the middle of their lives — a year-long journey through the profound, powerful shift that marks midlife, unfolding across seasonal retreats around the world.

It's built on two crossings at once: cross-generational — women at every stage of this transition, from just beginning to well past it — and cross-cultural — women from different corners of the world, sharing the wisdom their own cultures hold about this passage. This shift is biological no matter where you live. But how it's understood, honored, and navigated looks different everywhere. The Crossing exists to close that distance.
